Bowling Legacy

Bowling Legacy was founded in August 2025, when Michael Bowling stepped in to assume operations of The Painted Lady Inn, a property already aligned with his personal mission creed: helping people who need help with dignity, structure, and respect.

After taking over operations, Michael dug into the property's needs and connected with grant programs that were excited to support the mission. With that backing, The Painted Lady Inn is receiving long-overdue improvements and a renewed commitment to stable housing.

From that work came this website and the foundation for RentLogic, a commercial multifamily property management system built to be comprehensive, reliable, and easy to use for tenants, owners, and operators. The goal is to build the best system in the industry by pairing serious management tools with a clear, approachable user experience.

RentLogic is growing out of the daily operating needs of Bowling Legacy and The Painted Lady Inn. The goal is a comprehensive commercial multifamily management system that keeps the interface clear for residents, property owners, landlords, and operators.

The long-term system is being built around simple navigation, reliable records, rent collection, resident files, owner reporting, property communication, and accounting tools that make large property operations easier to manage without losing important data.
